National Fajita Day, observed annually on August 18th, provided the perfect excuse for us to bring some delicious fun into the workplace. Fajitas, with their vibrant colors, bold flavors, and customizable fillings, are a dish that brings everyone together. This year, we decided to go all out by hosting a fajita cooking session in each office, with our team members taking the lead as head chefs!
Sizzling in Brighton
Over in our Brighton office, the kitchen was taken over by none other than our Office Manager, Kieran. Known for his enthusiasm and team spirit, Kieran donned the chef’s hat and fired up the grill to cook up a storm for our Brighton staff. The aroma of sizzling peppers, onions, and seasoned chicken quickly filled the office, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation.
Kieran’s fajitas were a hit, with everyone gathering around to customize their wraps with a variety of toppings—guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. Meanwhile, at our Gosport office, the fajita festivities were led by our Head of Operations, Chris, and our Finance Executive, Antonia. This dynamic duo took charge of the kitchen, showcasing their culinary skills to the delight of the Gosport team. Chris and Antonia worked seamlessly together, preparing a feast that had everyone eagerly lining up for seconds.
