As a Sales Executive, you will be trained to the highest level in-house, and learn invaluable sales skills to unlock your full potential.  You will also be expected to deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that all of our customers’ needs are understood.

About you 

You WILL reach and exceed sales targets and with an uncapped commission structure, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and providing offers to our customers.

Unlike other telecom companies, we do not set our Sales Team up to fail and ongoing training and coaching will be provided to ensure your potential is fulfilled.

Don’t worry if you have not had any previous sales experience, we are looking for candidates who have a willingness to learn and have serious career ambition.

We continue to grow at a rate of knots and as such are looking to add a Complaints Handler to our fast paced and lively office based in Gosport. About the role:

You will be a key member of the customer service team here at Prestige Telecom handling escalations and a range of complaints relating to sales practice as well as day to day service issues. You will be liaising with internal management, compliance management and members of our partner companies’ complaints handling team as well as any external compliance bodies.

Hours 08:50-18:00 Mon – Thurs, 08:50 – 17:30 Fri

Salary – £20,000 to £24,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all inbound complaints
  • Reporting on common issues and working to improve process via feedback
  • Effective and professional communication across all channels (telephone/email)
  • Ensure compliance in all complaint handling procedure
  • Achieve any agreed performance standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in support of first contact resolution and quality complaint handling.
  • Accurate record keeping

What we are looking for:

  • Previous complaint handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent decision making and judgement skills that can work of own initiative
  • IT capable with working use of the MS office suite
  • High energy with excellent self-motivation
  • Knowledge of B2B sales or the Telecoms industry is an advantage
